If one prefers to buy an apartment rather than renting, one may have a little harder time as property is in high demand; therefore, is not on the market very long. Sometimes it never makes it to the MLS as owners want to close the deal as quickly as possible and buyers can always be found. With a little perseverance these apartments can be found however. Prices vary and can start as low as $199,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, or be as high as $299,000 for a 1 bedroom, all depending on the demographics of the area where the apartment is located.
